Choosing a blade for the Bosch 4100

Check fit before comparing features

For the 4100/4100DG covered by the linked manual, Bosch specifies a blade kerf of at least 0.092 inches and a plate thickness no greater than 0.088 inches. These dimensions matter to the riving-knife relationship. Check the complete blade requirements in the manual for your particular saw before choosing a product.

If a listing leaves out a required measurement, use the blade manufacturer’s specifications or ask for clarification. Do not assume that “thin kerf” or “fits 10-inch saws” provides enough information.
